If a nonexempt employee is requested to report to work on a day he or she is scheduled to work, but is sent home early without working one-half of his or her usual or regularly scheduled hours for that day, the employee will be paid the greater of one-half his or her regularly scheduled hours (up to four hours) or two hours at the employee’s regular rate of pay (“Reporting Pay”).
