lupnutie Explanation: Ide o fenomén súvisiaci s funkciou pravej komory. „Pop-off valve“ predstavuje ventil PK do systémovej cirkulácie a tak významne prispieva k zachovaniu funkcie PK. Chráni PK pred nadmerným zvyšovaním plniacich tlakov a zabezpečuje v čase zvýšených nárokov udržanie srdcového výdaja „plnením“ ľavej komory cez defekt, i keď za cenu prehĺbenia cyanózy. (citát) "Pop" sa najčastejšie vyskytuje vo výraze "pop-off valve", čo znamená "obmedzovací ventil plniaceho tlaku". Keď sa ventil/chlopňa otvorí, ozve sa charakteristický zvuk. Nie som kardiológ a s touto problematikou som sa nezapodieval, ale tieto podnety Vám možno pomôžu pri ďalšej rešerži. Reference: http://www.elis.sk/download_file.php?product_id=1407&session...
