nižšie v texte sa spomínajú napr.:
"A charge on land or any interest in land, other than a charge for any rent or other periodical sum issuing out of land"
"A charge on uncalled share capital of the company." alebo
"A charge on goodwill or on any intellectual property."

V každom prípade pred vecným bremenom by som uprednostnil „záložné právo“.

V anglickom práve rozlišujú medzi štyrmi druhmi záložného práva: mortgage, pledge, charge a lien. [...] charge je registrované záložné právo (non-possessory security).

BTW, "number of charges" v tom istom formulári prekladali podobne aj v niektorých iných jazykových kombináciách na tejto stránke, teda aspoň v jazykoch, ktorým som viac alebo menej rozumel. Už som to medzitým zavrel, ale skúste si to pozrieť cez vyhľadávanie v glosári alebo cez google.

Tú časť za dvojbodkou by som riešil pomocou slovíčka záväzky, pretože mi nenapadá, čo iné môže byť v tomto kontexte satisfied alebo outstanding. Ako celok to potom dáva zmysel, teda aspoň dúfam.
