Economic employee is so called „contractual employee“ performing works for an employer on the basis of individual contract / mandatory contract etc. He can be e.g. self employed person performing work for employer.

Igor, thank you for your support; well, my problem is that I am translating the contract into Polish, and when translated ,,literally'' into Polish, the phrase ,,economic employee'' doesn't make much sense. I thought this was something very specific in Slovakia labour or tax law, that's why I posted the question in the English - Slovak pair. Perhas the word ,,economic'' is the key here - how does ,,an economic employee'' differ from ,,an employee''?

you should use genitive case in your translation, i.e. „ekonomických zamestnancov“
