Covek prica kako u njegovom gradu u Engleskoj vrebaju tzv. clamperi dakle ljudi koji zakljucavaju tockove parkiranih automobila i naplacuju (iako nisu predstavnici drzave ili neke firme) ljudima kazne da bi im otkljucali automobil. Zbog toga su ulice potpuno prazne, nema automobila.

Treba mi nesto sto je zargonski slicno, radi se o titlu i sloboda prevoda je velika.

Jos jednom, ako nekom padne na pamet kako da nazovem te clampere (clamping bih mogao da prevedem sa "zakljucavanje tockova"), bicu mu zahvalan do groba.
