Agency will, at a minimum, comply with Company’s Valued-Partner Integrity Assurance Program (“PIAP”) for any person Agency hires or otherwise engages to perform services under this Agreement that meets any one of the following conditions: (i) is on-site at a Company owned or utilized facility in the United States of America, Canada or Puerto Rico; (ii) has access to any Company internal information technology networks; and/or (iii) has access to Company information that is classified by Company as “restricted” or higher. Such compliance must occur prior to such person actually performing services on behalf of Agency under this Agreement, unless approved by the Company.
