To je nesto sto covjeka mami (opija)
ili
To je odredjena vrsta omamljenosti

Ne bih prevodila doslovno sa To je omamljenost, vec bih recenicu malo preformulisala. (nesto sto covjeka mami)
A posto imate odredjeni clan 'the' mogli biste ubaciti 'odredjena vrsta' ispred imenice 'omamljenost'.
Malo pjesnicke slobode.

To be buzzed = biti lagano omamljen, pripit

(Ovdje covjek bas nije pripit, ali se vjerovatno osjeca tako kao da mu sva zvona u glavi pocinju da zvone kad se zavrti kockarski tocak - ili kad zasuste karte, u zavisnosti od toga kako se kocka)
