Agency will complete and provide to Company within 30 days following completion of production, music information (AFM contract number if music is a “work-made-for-hire”), name of licensor(s) if music or other materials are licenses, ISCI codes (if there is a permissible lift, both codes should appear on the same completion report and indicate one commercial as a lift), names and categories of all performers entitled to residuals (for extras, list the names on the completion report or on an attached addendum), and names of outgraded or downgraded performers.
