the point of this clause is NOT to only name third parties who agreed to the use of their copyright or trademarks but ALSO to pass on to the publisher any requirements (IF there are any) regarding the exact required presentation of the trademark (min/max size, colours, placement in the documents i.e "must be on the front page, or .."

Some trademark owners are very specific and intransigent about HOW their trademark must be presented.

A similar case: if you publish a study financed by the EU, you must mention it - and not in some small prints where no one will pay attention. You will receive "requirements" as to how the logo of the funding institution MUST look like and WHERE in the document you must put it.
