Nema sta drugo biti. Boze, kako je engleski jednostava, a vidi ovde celap prica, a ne recenica :-)). Mozda se moglo skratiti, ali onda mi, ipak, nesto tu nedostaje. Znam sigurno da su takvi porezi uvedeni u Australiji, npr., i mnogim drugim zemljama i uvek se misli na ugljen-dioksid i sl. Pozzz....
