na plaćeno odsustvo još:
1) pet radnih dana zbog smrti člana uže porodice;
2) dva dana za svaki slučaj dobrovoljnog davanja krvi, izuzimajući
dan davanja krvi.
Članovima uže porodice u smislu st. 1. i 3. ovog člana smatraju se
bračni drug, deca, braća, sestre, roditelji, usvojilac, usvojenik, staratelj i druga lica
koja žive u zajedničkom porodičnom domaćinstvu sa zaposlenim.

Pored prava na odsustvo iz stava 1. ovog člana zaposleni ima pravo
na plaćeno odsustvo još:
