This is the whole sentence. "TRANSLATED FROM FRENCH" at the top of document.
I want to check because my translator seems to have problems of Croatian-Serbian confusion.

You didn't cite the whole sentence, but it would be safe to say that, as a sole phrase or a title, "prevod sa francuskog jezika" (not "prijevod") would be the correct English to Serbian translation (the format of the letters will of course,vary, according to your preferences and the format of the text in question)

But if you have for example sentence part: "..within the text translated from...", the above translation will not be correct, because of the different noun case(s) applied in Serbian.
