Добрый вечер! Подскажите, пожалуйста, что за cutting bell.
Check that the reasons for which the emergency button was pressed have been removed and make sure that there is no material in excess on the die plate outlet that hinders the blade rotation, thus opening the cutting bell and removing possible material in excess, then close the cutting bell once again.
