Explanation:
В ресторанах заказывают эскарго, а не улиток. Я бы так и перевела. Кстати, хорошо приготовленное, это блюдо очень вкусное.

Explanation:
I suggest that Asker combines all the above together for two reasons: Obviously, Escargot has a word in Russian, used as an official term for restaurant menus: Эскарго. It is also a good practice, used by most good restaurants, to give descriptions of their menu items following the name of each dish. It is a perfect place to tell the public that this is simply "улитки под чесночным соусом". Although I do not believe there's a need to specify that these are "не простые, не болотные улитки". Cами по цене догадаются :):):)
