neutral  Boris Shapiro: I don't blame you for being confused. The term did, indeed, penetrate the not-quite professional jargon, where they now have 'disruptors', 'ninjas', and other somehow positively-sounding buzzwords galore. But if this is a technical text, this is wrong.
