Asker: Thank you Adrian. „mușamalizator” is not a term used în the Romanian Criminal Code; ”instigator” is someone who instigates another to commit a crime; „Complice” is partially correct although the accomplice is a person who actively participates in the commission of a crime, while the accessory acts AFTER the crime was committed.

disagree  Manuela C.: Elementele constitutive descrise în Codul penal român corespund celor din sistemul american, deci este corect să folosim termenul de favorizare a făptuitorului. Nu există risc de confuzie aici.
