óleo combustível (para navios)


Explanation:
O "combustível de bancas" parece-me muito lusitano (se for para Portugal, não falei nada).
Coloque o "para navios" porque na mesma frase você tem "heavy fuel oil", o que diferenciaria um do outro. Boa sorte.
