Apesar de muitas pessoas já conhecerem "streaming", sugiro traduzir. A Netflix, por exemplo, utiliza a palavra em português. Ficaria "acesso gratuito a transmissões de vídeo".

"Content", neste caso, é uma muleta, uma palavra acessória em inglês. Acho que fica mais elegante (e muito mais natural em português) sem essa palavra extra.

Em termos de "video streaming", o mais comum em pt-BR é verter como "streaming de vídeo"
