CONTEXTO:
The Shares issued within a Class of Ordinary Shares may, at the discretion of the General Partner, be so-called tracking shares, which return reflects the performance of a specific investment or portfolio of investments, whilst such investment(s) is not the sole investment(s) of the Sub-Fund.
Although tracking shares reflect the economic performance of a specific investment or portfolio of investments, they do not constitute a separate legal entity.
Such Shares may confer to their holders the same rights as standard Shares, except to the extent thesetracking Shares give right to a specific participation to benefits arising from the relevant portion of the investments of the Sub-Fund so that different Class of Ordinary Shares with different Net Asset Values and economic rights may be implemented.
