Discretionary Overrides must be used to adjust the Baseline ORR when there are events or other information that may have a material impact on the credit risk of the obligor, but are not reflected in the Baseline ORR.

The rationale for any Discretionary Overrides and/or any Parent or Related-Entity Support of the Obligor as a whole must be highlighted in the Credit Approval document.

Discretionary Overrides and Parent Support (as defined earlier) may then be applied to arrive at a Final ORR.
