"This study has a non-interventional, observational character.
The therapeutic strategy follows standard hospital practices and is not determined by the observational plan.
Thus, randomization and blinding/unblinding procedures are not applicable for this study.
In order to overcome the enrolment bias, treatment groups will be standardized using multilevel stratification procedures in combination with a ‘restricted cohort’ design."
