Co jest jest "air finger"?

Rzecz dotyczy profesjonalnego pieca elektrycznego dla gastronomii albo zakładów spożywczych. Wygląda mi to na jakiś nawiewnik, ale nie spotkałem się z takim znaczeniem słowa "finger", stąd pytanie.
