Explanation:
It is called Advokatbevilling in Norway, but I am not sure if there is a number attached (there probably is), and the bevilling is issued by Tilsynsrådet for advokatvirksomhet (first link), the second link is Advokatforeningens overview of bevillings.

However, if you are translating it, you should just use the Bar number, because the Bar is state based. You can be a member of the NY Bar (many Norwegian lawyers are), but not the NJ Bar. You might have license to practice in one or more states. I do not know of any attorney that has license to practice in all states, although a company might have gathered up enough lawyers to cover the entire country.

Asker: Thank you for your input, which was helpful, although in the end I did not translate it at all. It appeared beneath the signatures of lawyers, and I just left it at Bar No. ...etc. It seemed the best thing to do.
