English term or phrase: check on, chef
Translation for television. Gourmet restaurant kitchen. A waiter comes into the kitchen and says "check on, chef" and hands over a piece of paper. Does anybody know what is generally used in Norwegian for that term?

Ny bong, chef

Explanation:
I've worked in 5 different restaurants, 3 of them being gourmet, and the slang for the meal tickets are 'bong' in all of the restaurants.
"Ny bong, chef."

But seeing its going to be on TV it might not be so P.C.
If so just use "Ny bestilling, chef".
