... tā īsti nevarētu piekrist starpuzņēmumu līmenim, jo tad, visticamāk, ir runa par lielākiem uzņēmumiem, kas darbojas vai nu vienas nozares, vai arī, teiksim, vienas vadības paspārnē - kā, piem., Latvijas kontekstā UPB Holdings risina vairākus jautājumus tam piederošo starpuzņēmumu līmenī. Bet šajā gadījumā jau ir pieminēts "Because of the small size of the businesses...". Ņemot vērā uzņēmuma mazos izmērus, hierarhija ir minimāla vai tās gandrīz vispār nav, tāpēc, runājot par kompensācijām, tās būtu jāpiešķir 'horizontālā griezumā' nevis tikai 'augšām'.

disagree  Uldis Sprogis: "Starpuzņēmumu" tātad "starp uzņēmumiem" nekādā veidā nenorāda uz šo uzņēmumu lielumu. Šeit runa ir par risinājumu, kas tiek meklēts visiem uzņēmumiem, nevis 1 uzņēmuma horizontālā līmenī
