agree  Joseph Brazauskas: A milder way of expressing it, for 'abeat in malam crucem' would probably best be rendered by 'let him go to hell'. But I owe you thanks for correcting my stupid slip regarding Santa's gender!

Explanation:
'Est' I place early in the clause to emphasise the dubiety of his existence. In English this would be indicated by 'is' in italics. 'Futue' is the imperative singular present of 'futuere', 'to fuck' or 'to screw' (in the metaphorical sense of the sexual act).

The whole sentence is an example of a logical (sometimes called 'real') condtion.
