I need this translated for a church play. Can you please give me the pronunciation of the phrase since it will be spoken in the play? I found the translation on plenty of websites but can't understand how to pronounce written Japanese. Thank you!

Japanese translation:イエスこそ我が主
Explanation:
Angela, above captioned translation is most standard (I believe), but a bit archaic (of course all Bible matter is archaic, however). I am pretty sure you found other translations besides mine. So I don't know what you want. If you cite one or two of them and ask how to pronouce each one (as a sentence), my job would be a bit easier as I know what to tell you. So I just cover general Japanese pronounciation practice according to my translation.
Jesus is pronounced "Yes", as though yes and no.
Next character is pronounced "ko-so" means no other than. Don't elongate "so" like English word of same spell.
Next is equivalent of "my" which is pronounced "wa-ga" like first parts of watt and guts.
Last part is "shu" (means Lord), pronounced like first part of "sugar".

Woops! You didn\'t say \"My Lord\", just \"Lord\", so you may forget about \"waga\" part, although sounds more natural to me if \"My\" is there.

agree  Kurt Hammond: Yes, very comon. In fact イエスこそ主 sounds funny. Recommend to include 我が even if not in the original Japanese. Note: In english seems to be normally referred to as "our" lord, instead of "my" lord.

  -> Kurt-san, you are so right, Yes we say "Our Lord", not "My". On the other hand it does not make much difference when translated (plural/singular differentiation seldom in question in Japanese as you knowo).
