顧客管理担当者 Explanation: If you look at the video with the link you provided "box" refer to a box of files for clients of a personal trainer. In this context "box" is like a client list and a "box owner" is a trainer who looks after the clients in this list. |

ボックスオーナー Explanation: As above, a box is indeed a gym but it is the specific term used for crossfit gyms, and they are just called ボックス bokkusu in Japanese. WOD is another crossfit term that becomes ワッド in Japanese. Please see the wikipedia page on crossfit. ボックスのオーナーis also used. Example sentence(s):
