aging in place 在宅ケア Explanation: 在宅での老後 is a more direct translation but I would think that 在宅ケア is more appropriate for a kind of seniors who might be living in nursing homes. The word combination, zaitaku and care, is often used. http://www.jahhc.com/ |

aging in place 住み慣れた場所で老後を過ごすこと Explanation: This render shows "aging in an appropriate place" that "aging in place" conveys. For the elderly, the appropriate place is where they have been living and are familiar with. (Seems like the source is US English from the way "ageing" is spelt.) |
