We have a list of questions for suspected Chinese Nationals using forged Japanese Passports who intend to illegally enter the United States. If the passenger is,indeed, a Japanese National, this phrase indicates our gratitude for their co-operation. If the passenger is a Chinese National, they will not be able to read the questions, or any of the Japanese text we show them. We wish to show genuine Japanese passengers that we intend no disrespect when asking these questions.
