Explanation:
I assume you want to know how to write it. As you may already know there are three writing systems in this Japanese language. Therefore the word "panther" expressed as shown here. Last one is in Kanji, and some may prefer this form, but neither is particularly better than the other except educated adult would chose the last.

As for pronounciation, as far as I know there is no English word that is similar to the sound "hyo". Don't pronounce this "h""y" combination like "hydro" or "hyper". It is one syllable.
