Thank you for the response. It makes sense that 生存配偶者 ("surviving spouse") would be the equivalent of "survivor's" in "survivor's trust," but because I couldn't find the complete phrase 生存配偶者信託 "surviving spouse trust" in any of the legal dictionaries I have access to, including Japaneselawtranslation.go.jp, I was wondering whether maybe it is called something else in Japanese, or perhaps it does not exist in Japanese law in this exact form.
