English term or phrase: first party work authorization

I am trying to translate the following sentence shown on an invoice into Japanese. I'm struggling with the latter portion, "as assigned in our first party work authorization executed by the insured and included for reference." What is "first party work authorization" here in Japanese? Or, could anyone tell me what the term and the latter portion means?

"X Company requests payment and/or inclusion of the X Company name on any applicable insurance draft as assigned in our first party work authorization executed by the insured and included for reference."

This sentence appears on an invoice of X Company. X Company restored water damages of a condominium and sent this invoice to the owners association of the condominium.

Explanation:
たぶん、X社が管理組合に出した工事見積りに対して、管理組合がOKのサインをした書類のことと思います。それがそのまま発注書の役割を果たしているのでしょう。The insured がだれを指すかを確かめると、 first party がだれだかわかりますが、おそらく、管理組合と思います。管理組合は保険から工事費を支払うのでしょう。

支払い請求に関して、管理組合と被害を起こした住人、それにこのX社との関係がどうなっているのかが明確ではないのですが、そういうことと思います。頼まれもしないのに工事をするはずがないので、（見積りを了解したうえで）修理の責任を負う住人が作業をお願いした、すなわち発注したということと思います。
