多分野の部門 Explanation: The wording seems a bit strange but it looks like it refers to departments that deal with more than one sector. Sector is usually used on a much larger scale (national or state level), such as the agricultural sector, mining sector, insurance sector, industrial sector. I assume it means there's overlap between departments and sectors. For example, a department might deal with education and insurance, or agriculture and manufacturing. |
