Explanation:

上のverified unit of creditは、単に、認定された(修得)単位ということかもしれません。
 ひょっとしたら、他大学や高校で修得した単位(credit)を本学で認定する、といった内容のものであれば、creditは修得単位とした方が良いように思います。 そういう意味であれば、verified unit of creditで認定した修得単位ということではないかと思います。 全く頓珍漢な回答だったらすみません。

creditは、下のreferenceのfree dictionaryの4に当てはまると思います。 これからcreditを取ろうとする場合、まず取りたい単位を履修するので(cinefilさんが提示している)履修単位で良いと思います。 めでたく修得できたら(shibasaki先生の)修得単位がふさわしいのではないでしょうか。 履修済み単位とすると、例えば、高校で数学が「1」で単位が取れてなくても、大学で「不可」がついても履修済み単位です(creditとは意味が違います)。
