2進数入出力配線の接触抵抗 Explanation: 接点というのが機械式のスイッチみたいな物理的にくっついたり離れたりするものを想像しましたので、基本的に半導体にはそのような可動式の接点はないと思うのでDRAMの入出力のムカデの脚のように出ている二進数の入出力配線(各脚ごとの電圧high/lowで二進数の0/1）の接触抵抗を改善して性能を高める意味だと思います。 |
