bake our heads into it
ハイになる (see explanation)

Explanation:
Without a bit more context it's a bit of a guesswork, but here goes:

"cheese cake" can be a codeword for weed (marihuana): http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=cheese cake

"to get baked", "to bake" can be a slang term for "to smoke weed/get stoned": http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bake

All in all, the above dialogue has a good chance of being codespeak (is this even a word? ;)) for:

Girl: I got some weed
Boy: Reaaly? Why (shouldn't this be "what by the way?) do you say we...
Girl: Get stoned?
Boy: You just read my mind

How to translate it to Japanese so that it retains that "we're talking about baking, but actually we just want to get high" feel though? I have no idea.

How you translate it to Japanese though so it still sounds like a joke/slang
