ブラジルのVWバス・トラック社のコンセプトのようです。そのポルトガル語原文「'menos você não quer, mais você não precisa'」が下記URLの記事にあります。これは舌足らずであり、本来、少なくとも「menos, voce nao quer; mais, voce nao precisa（less, you do not want; but more, you do not need）」と句読点+butが入らないと、ポルトガル語の原文に含まれる黙示的なイントネーションの表記が失われ、意味が通じない言い回しです（ブラジルではこのmenos, ....; mais,...は良く使われる文型といえます）。意味は、「最適品質、最適グレード」のことで、安っぽいもの（これ以下）でもなく、ムダな機能がいっぱいついた高級すぎる（これ以上）ものでもないですよ。ということです。
