Si tratta di un gioco di ruolo e alla persona che lo deve far svolgere vengono date le seguenti istruzioni:

Divide the participants into two groups, Culture A and Culture B. Each group receives a handout with the cultural cues they must follow. Give the groups several minutes to read and learn their cultural cues. Ask the two groups to meet and visit with each other according to the rules of interaction on their handout.
Return to the original large group and discuss how the group felt during the game.
1. How did you feel when the other culture misunderstood or misused your cultural cues?
2. Did you correct anyone for using the wrong cue? How did they respond? How did you respond when someone cor- rected you?
3. Did you figure out the other culture’s cues? Did you use them?
4. Which culture represented the culture of the aftercare programme? Which represented the trafficking and sexual exploitation survivor? Why or why not? (Note to facilitator: There are no right or wrong answers here.)

Io qui, per "cue" userei il termine "riferimento" culturale.
Poiché l'accento è posto proprio sull'antropologia delle persone, sulla loro cultura e sulla loro sociologia, piuttosto che sulle "regole del gioco" nella fattispecie. Parlo semplicemente da antropologo. E' solo un mio parere ...

Ciò qualcosa che contraddistingue la specifica cultura (anche se, è vero, cue è letteralmente un indizio o anche un indicatore, però secondo me qui non ci sta molto nelle frasi). Nella prima parte potresti dire: una descrizione dei marcatori/atteggiamenti culturali da adottare/mettere in campo

A parte il fatto che il cibo rappresenta il marcatore culturale piu immediato (seppure non esistano cibi "buoni" o "cattivi" in
assoluto, i Musulmani, ad esempio, non mangiano carne di maiale) e già questa caratteristica rappresenta un motivo di fortissimo interesse ...

Nelle guerre, la religione ha insomma il ruolo di “marcatore culturale”, così come l’amore per la patria, l’attaccamento alla tribù o a una fazione politica, componenti per cementare l’azione del gruppo combattente.
