agree  Gaetano Silvestri Campagnano: Esatto. La tipica costruzione con il pronome relativo "that/who/which" complemento oggetto sottinteso, che forse ha solo l'inglese e che, soprattutto quando segue un sintagma più complesso, fa sembrare la frase a prima vista molto strana o incompleta. :-)
