Certo che l\'autore e\' un po\' distratto: l\'urbanizzazione ... ha stimolato la formazione di una classe operaia urbana? e quale classe operaia puo\' nascere dall\'urbanizzazione?

Allora, per evitare di essere eccessivamente ridondanti, e per dare all\'autore il beneficio del dubbio (forse vuole dire qualcosa di leggermente diverso) direi:

(direi che la classe operaia che lavora in fabbrica e\' storicamente urbanizzata, prima che le fabbriche si spostassero nelle periferie dell\'impero; boh!)
