Sto revisionando un contratto in cui "person" è quasi sempre tradotto con "persona" senza specificare se si tratta di persona giuridica o fisica. Io tradurrei con "soggetto" che mi sembra più appropriato poiché individua un concetto più generale. Avete suggerimenti? In molte frasi l'uso di persona mi suona poco naturale e anche pesante... Grazie
