Il polishing block potresti anche lasciarlo in inglese. A me comunque i conti tornano. Io nella foto vedo una lima, un polishing block e l'altra Lima secondo me É il buffer (la Lima levigante).

Blocco levigante per manicure É un'altra opzione! Ma la parola levigante limita il raggio di azione del blocco, che in realtà è più ampio (perché lucida, livella, leviga ecc).
