La traduzione che ho proposto non è letterale, ma credo che il senso sia questo, dal momento che, tra i "key benefits", in primo è la "long-lasting moisturisation".

La "natural encapsulation technology" di cui parlano è una tecnica di microincapsulazione dei principi attivi che permette di avere un'azione più mirata sulle cellule target (i fibroblasti?). Questa tecnica permette di ottenere un'azione più profonda perché i principi attivi vengono rilasciati solo dove servono (nel derma) e vengono assorbiti solo dalle cellule target.
La microcapsula è anch'essa costituita da sostanze utili per il benessere della pelle.
Più un idratante agisce in profondità (=oltre la barriera dell'epidermide) e sulle cellule "giuste", più l'idratazione è duratura.

Un'alternativa potrebbe essere "Fluido idratante ad azione prolungata" o " ad azione mirata", o "lunga durata"...
