Uni Eropa yang Diperluas
Explanation:
Extended Europe refers to the 5th expansion of the European Union on 1 May 2004 when the membership of the Eurpopean Union went from 15 to 25 countries. The countries added at the time were Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Since Europe itself hasn’t changed, but the European Union has (ie changed in size) I suggest the translation above.

agree  Hipyan Nopri: Benar, Ian. Wilayah Eropa sudah pasti dan jelas batas2-nya. Tidak semua negara Eropa menjadi anggota Uni Eropa. Jadi, yg bisa diperluas Uni Eropa, bukan Eropa-nya.:)
