A szereplők szétfésülésében kérnék segítséget:

Az nem világos, hogy a bérlők kijelölnek-e egyvalakit maguk közül (lead tenant), aki aztán a bérbeadóval, a letéti rendszer kezelőjével vagy a viták rendezésére kijelölt fórummal szemben az érdekeiket képviseli ,
vagy
kijelölnek maguk közül egyvalakit, VAGY egy erre specializálódott szolgáltatót, VAGY nem csinálnak semmit, csak megállapodnak arról, hogy vita esetén ki dönt.

Háttér:
ez egy olyan lakásbérlet + kaució rendszer (assured shorthold tenancy), amelyet csak Angliában és Walesben alkalmaznak (az UK egyéb részein nem).
Először a második értelmezés mellett tettem volna le a voksomat (vagy saját képviselőjük van, vagy egy vállalkozó, vagy csak viták esetére kikötik, kihez fordulnak), de egyre inkább az első értelmezés felé hajlok.

If the alternatives were to the lead tenant, they would, according to language rules, appear next to that:
...may have to nominate a lead tenant or tenancy deposit scheme provider or their alternative dispute resolution service provider to act on their behalf with the landlord...
