Definition from own experience or research:
Újságírásban a cikk szerzőjének rövid, egy-két bekezdésnyi bemutatása. Könyvkiadásban a "blurb" bevett magyar fordítása a "fülszöveg", újságírásban azonban nincs igazán elterjedt magyar megfelelője.

Example sentence(s):
  • Szerzőismertető; ... Tóta W. Árpád az első internetes újságíró, aki Pulitzer-díjat kapott ... - Wikipedia
  • Szerzőismertető a The Budapest Times-ban ... - Arokaso
  • A szinte már kötelező szerzőismertető is teljesen rendben van... - Kepregeny.net

No  Miklós Monostory: A fülszöveg korántsem biztos, hogy a szerzőről szól, inkább a művet ismerteti.
