I reckon that there’s no current anatomical term for this in Hungarian. So I’d use an explanation, like the one I propose.
There are expressions for the network of fibers that is responsible for the more gelatinous consistency of these outer regions of the vitreous body - e.g. “üvegtest vázalkotó rosthálózata,” “kollagén rostok,” “stroma vitreum,” etc. However, using a denomination of this network (or framework) probably isn’t correct in the context.
