Jelly saab ! I completely understand that proofreader point. Recently I was sacked up agency because their proofreader tried to be smart.
He took the major word of translation and changed its spelling by using search and find option of ms word. According to translator He found 100 of errors but what he actually just did was, changed a spelling of a major word (which was actually wrong).

So its better ask your clients to make their proofreader to Write comment about the changes they are making !!

1. खारिज कहां कर रहा हूँ ललित जी ! जो वेबसाइट अपने दी है , यह उसकी की शब्दावली है! i am really sorry if I have offended you in any mean. कुछ सरकारी शब्दावली होती है जो सिर्फ एक ही शेत्र से सबंधित होती है|
जी हाँ बिलकुल मुझे याद है, गठिया शब्द पर चर्चा हुई थी हमारी.
२. जी मैं Certified भी हूँ और सरकारी महकमे का अधिकारी भी हूँ| और सरकारी वेबसाइटों पे काम भी कर चूका हूँ !! और अब भी करता हूँ| ऑनलाइन-अनुवादक के रूप में तो आये मुझे साल हुआ है| actually I am offline translator first !!

1) कुडोज़ इतना भी महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है हरमन भाई। आपने अपना उत्तर दिया, हमने अपना उत्तर दिया। कभी-कभार आपस में चर्चा की आवश्यकता होती है तो उसके लिए Discussion entries को submit करने की सुविधा होती है। वरना आमतौर पर हम सभी को यह मानकर चलना चाहिए कि दूसरा भी थोड़ी-बहुत बुद्धि रखता है। 2) सरकारी शब्दावलियों को सिरे से खारिज कर देना कोई समाधान नहीं है। हो सकता है कहीं पर उनमें दिए गए शब्द प्रासंगिक न लग रहे हों। यह बात मैंने आपके साथ एक पिछले प्रश्न में भी की थी। वह प्रश्न तो अब गायब ही हो गया है। 3) लेकिन आप जितने आत्मविश्वास के साथ राय रखते हैं और जिस तरह आपके बारे में लिखा रहता है Certified PHD Govt official Translator तो मुझे यही लगा कि किसी सरकारी महकमे में आप अधिकारी होंगे या फिर कनाडा इत्यादि किसी देश से Certified होंगे और इसीलिए आपको सरकारी शब्दावलियों की कमीबेशी के बारे में बेहतर जानकारी होगी। इसीलिए शंका कर बैठा।

and second thing you have asked, I am not sure about India, but in Punjab you need to be have approval to take up the official Projects. (within certain limits) Infact it is followed in every feild. I think you told me that you are contractor, fir to apko pta hoga !!

Thanks everyone, there is a little mistake.... Actually I am translating an Urdu document, and I was to ask this question to Urdu translators. But by mistake, I did select Hindi instead of Urdu and disturbed you... :)
