Explanation:
Virus can also be called परजीवी because viruses are not considered to be independent living organisms.
So in microbiological terms we can call it परजीवी (PARASITE)

Asker: True that viruses are intermediate between living and non living but they are at the same time parasites which are smaller than bacteria and non-nucleated.

disagree  Binod Ringania: virus can not be translated as parjivi, because 'parjivi' is being used for parasite. Virus are considered organisms between living and non-living things.
